AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION


Shareholders are advised that, following a special resolution passed by the requisite number of New Frontier
shareholders on 26 July 2017 in terms of section 117 of the Companies Act, 2001 of Mauritius, the Company has
amended certain provisions of its Constitution. The amended constitution, which was approved by shareholders, the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”), is available on the
Company’s website (www.newfrontierprop.com).

Details of the voting by way of special resolution are as follows:

1. total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted by way of special resolution: 152,774,750; and
2. total number of New Frontier shares that voted in favour of the special resolution: 119,882,415, being 78.47% of
   the total number of New Frontier shares that could have been voted by way of special resolution.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
