RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Mr Elton Ronald Bosch, the Company’s Financial Director, has
tendered his resignation for personal reasons and in order to
pursue other interests.
The board has regretfully accepted Mr Bosch's resignation.
Mr Bosch’s employment and directorship will continue until 31
December 2017 and he has committed to assist the board during this
transitional period to ensure the desired continuity in the
business.
Mr Bosch has been with Clover since June 2012 when he was
appointed as Executive: Business Development, Risk and Africa and
has served as Financial Director since January 2016. Over and
above his financial acumen, Mr Bosch has contributed significantly
to the risk and governance areas of the business, which is greatly
appreciated by the board.
The board thanks Mr Bosch for his valuable contribution to Clover
during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Proceedings to appoint a successor and achieve a smooth transition
are underway.
