Results of Annual General Meeting


Accelerate shareholders (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that at the annual general meeting of Shareholders
held at 10h00 on Friday, 21 July 2017 (“the AGM”), all of the ordinary and special resolutions contained in the
notice of AGM were passed by the requisite majority of votes of Shareholders present in person or represented by
proxy at the AGM, save for ordinary resolution number 7 “general authority to issue shares for cash” which was
withdrawn immediately prior to the commencement of the AGM.

Details of the results of voting at the AGM are as follows:

- Total number of issued ordinary shares (“Shares”): 986 372 706
- Total number of issued Shares net of treasury shares: 986 372 706 (“AGM Total Votable Shares”)
- Total number of issued Shares which were voted in person or represented by proxy: 914 739 172 Shares,
  being 93% of the total issued Shares and 100% of the AGM Total Votable Shares. The total number of
  shares voted at the AGM, excluding abstained Shares which are not considered to be voted shares,
  amounted to 914 739 172 Shares (“Voted Shares”)
