           RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AVIOR HOLDINGS




In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Avior Holdings (“the Board”), hereby advises shareholders that Mr. Mark D. Collier (“Mr.
Collier”), a non-executive director and chairperson of the audit and risk committee of Avior Holdings,
has resigned with immediate effect.

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Collier for his contributions during his tenure as a director of Avior
Holdings and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

A process of recruiting an additional non-executive director to the Board has been initiated and
shareholders will be notified as soon as a suitable candidate has been appointed.
