INCENTIVE PLANS

granted rights to participate in the Company’s share
incentive plans as follows:

Share appreciation rights, which are subject to performance
conditions and vest after three years from 29 May 2017, at
a grant price of R115,85.

Long term incentive plan awards, which are subject to
performance conditions and vest after three years.

M A Mahlari           5,731 conditional awards

The effective date of all the above transactions was 21
July 2017, approval for the individual allocations has been
given.
