A portfolio in the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme, registered
as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002

RESULTS OF THE INITIAL OFFER FOR THE SATRIX MSCI EMERGING MARKETS FEEDER
PORTFOLIO (“THE PORTFOLIO”)

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 29 June
2017 regarding the listing approval and the initial public offer
(“the offer”) for subscription to the portfolio, Satrix Managers
(RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the results of the offer.

1. Cash subscription

The total cash subscription to the offer is for an amount of

R 41 572 500(Forty one million five hundred and seventy two
thousand, five hundred rand). One letter of allocation (“LA”) was
issued for every rand subscribed to the subscriber’s CSDP or broker
account and the corresponding rand amount debited.

2. Conversion ratio of the LA

STRATE will convert the LA to Satrix securities in the subscriber’s
CSDP or broker accounts in terms of the conversion ratios that will
be published on Friday, 21 July 2017.
