Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2017. The distribution of 25.69329 cents per LowVolTrax security will be comprised as
follows:


 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                         14.21158 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                       2.84232 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                               11.36926 cents

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               8.41265 cents
