Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into discussions regarding a transaction which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

The strategic intent of the envisaged transaction is to expand the Group’s product offering, and further its
objectives in the beneficiation arena.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until
further details are disclosed.
