PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENT TO BASE PROSPECTUS

Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has published the
Prospectus Supplement No.12 to the Base Prospectus dated
16 November 2016 (the Supplement) in respect of the Issuer’s Inward
listed Guaranteed Senior Secured Notes Programme on the website of
the Irish Stock Exchange at http://www.ise.ie. In addition, the
28 June 2017 Form 8-K (incorporated into and forming part of the
Supplement) will be available on the website of the Guarantor at
