Mr Seabrooke was appointed to the Board on 01 February 2000 and during his tenure as a non-executive director held positions as the Chairman of the Board, the Chairman and member of the Audit Committee; Chairman and member of the Risk Committee. Mr Seabrooke’s experience and contribution to Board and Committee discussions and debates ranging from finance, accounting and corporate governance and his broad business experience made him a valuable member of the Board.
