On behalf of the Board, the Chairman expresses his appreciation to Louis for his contribution, commitment and dedication to the Company, his fellow board members, the clients and the staff of Attacq. Even though Louis will not be involved directly with Attacq going forward, the relationship between Attacq, Louis and his development company Atterbury Property Holdings Proprietary Limited remains intact and will continue with new and exciting transactions at Waterfall in the future. The Chairman confirmed that Attacq’s recently announced income distribution strategy aimed at converting the Company to a REIT in the near future remains on track. Attacq will continue to deliver capital and distribution growth by diligently managing its portfolio and pursuing acquisition opportunities that fit its investment criteria. 4 July 2017 Sponsor Java Capital Date: 04/07/2017 12:35:00 Produced by the JSE SENS Department.
