CREDIT RATING ANNOUNCEMENT

The Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that Moody’s Investor
Services (“Moody’s) has on 14th June 2017 amended the credit rating
assigned to certain tranches of notes issued and outstanding under
the Issuer’s asset-backed note programme.

The national scale rating assigned to the Class B1, Class B2, Class
B3, Class B4 and Class B5 notes was upgraded to Aaa.za(sf) from
Aa1.za(sf).

The national scale rating assigned to the Class C1, Class C2, Class
C3, Class C4 and Class C5 notes was upgraded to Baa1.za(sf) from
Baa3.za(sf).
