Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 3 July 2017 is 7.35% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 3 October 2017 (*Following), for the period
3 July 2017 to 2 October 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 9.2% p.a. (185bps over JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
