APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited shareholders are hereby
informed that the Wesizwe Platinum Board has appointed Mr.
Feng Tao as Executive Financial Director of the company with
effect from 01 July 2017.

Mr Feng Tao will fill the vacancy that was left open by the
resignation of Mr. Wenliang Ma in September 2016. He holds an
MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto
USA and a Bachelor of Law degree from Jilin University,
Changchun, China.

He has over 15 years progressive experience as Financial
Director/CFO and Board member in various companies including
listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, specializing in
resources and Automotive industries. Having worked in Africa
for over four years already, he is an expert in project
finance, portfolio management and legal affairs.

He is experienced in fiscal financial planning and budgeting
process with superior analytical aptitude for cost saving and
management control of companies.
