Shareholders are advised that the 2017 Annual Integrated Report (“2017 AIR”), which incorporates the audited
annual financial statements for the 52 weeks ended 1 April 2017, has been distributed to shareholders and
published on the Group’s website (www.mrpricegroup.com), today, 30 June 2017. The audited annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS on 30 May 2017.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 84th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of shareholders of the Company will be held at
Upper Level, North Concourse, 65 Masabalala Yengwa Avenue (previously NMR Avenue), Durban on Thursday 31
August 2017 at 14h30 to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM forming part of the 2017 AIR.
