Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2017 was posted to
shareholders today.

The annual report and audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 are
available at www.yeboyethu.co.za.

The annual report incorporates a notice of annual general meeting, which meeting will be held at
Vodacom World, 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa on
Monday 31 July 2017 at 11:00 (SA time).

Last day to trade in order to be able to attend, speak and vote at the annual general meeting:
Tuesday 18 July 2017
Record date in order to be able to attend, speak and vote at the annual general meeting: Friday 21
July 2017
