Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 16 May 2017 where it was
advised that the Company is still in discussions which, if successful, may have a material effect on the
price of the Company’s securities.

Shareholders are advised that these discussions are still ongoing and the Company is making good
progress towards reaching conclusion. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
