Further to the Trading Statement published on 05 May 2017, Primeserv advises that management’s review of the financial results expected for the 12 months ended 31 March 2017 has indicated that Primeserv will reflect earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 17.77 cents per share and 17.77 cents per share, in comparison to earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 13.86 cents for the 12 months ended 31 March 2016, representing an increase of 28%. The Trading Statement of 05 May 2017 indicated a range of between 16.75 cents per share and 17.75 cents per share. The financial results on which this trading statement has been based have not been reviewed or reported on by the company’s auditors.
