Chairman and company secretary changes RAUBEX GROUP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2006/023666/06) JSE Share code: RBX ISIN: ZAE000093183 (“Raubex” or “the Company”) CHAIRMAN AND COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES Shareholders are advised of the following changes to the Board that will take effect after the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled to be held on 8 September 2017 and notice of which will be issued on the release of the group’s Integrated Report. Mr JE Raubenheimer (“Koos”), now 74 years of age, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from his position as Chairman of the Board and Non-executive Director of the Company and will therefore not be making himself available for re-election at the upcoming AGM. Mr F Kenney, currently a Non-executive Director has been appointed by the Board and will make himself available for election as Chairman at the AGM. Mr LA Maxwell will continue to serve as the Lead Independent Non-executive Director. Raubex was founded by Koos in 1974 and through his vision and unique leadership he progressively developed the Group into a leader in the South African construction industry. Raubex listed on the JSE in March 2007 with Koos serving as CEO until March 2010 before assuming the role of Chairman. The Board would like to thank Koos for his invaluable contribution to the Raubex Group over many years and for his direction and support while serving as Chairman. Shareholders are also advised of the resignation of Mrs H E Ernst, Company Secretary, following the upcoming AGM. Mrs Ernst leaves Raubex after 9 years for personal reasons in order to spend more time at home raising her children. The Board would like to thank Mrs Ernst for her contribution as Company Secretary and Legal Advisor.
