                       Transaction in own shares

Tiso Blackstar announces that on 20 June 2017 it purchased 28,916
ordinary shares of €0.76 each in the Company (the "Shares") at a
price of R9.70 (£0.59) per share. The purchased Shares are expected
to be held in treasury in accordance with applicable law.

The Company has a total of 268,291,260 shares in issue and,
following the above purchase, excluding the treasury shares the
issued share capital of the Company will be 265,278,911. The number
of Shares purchased represents 0.0108% of the total shares in
issue.

A total of 3,012,349 treasury shares are now held by the Company.

Tiso Blackstar confirms that, following the transaction in own
shares on 20 June 2017, the Concert Party, as defined in the
Circular published on 26 May 2017, now holds 34.97% percent of the
Company’s total voting rights.
