RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements issued by the
Company, the latest of which was dated 9 May 2017.

Shareholders are advised that the Company has now been informed that Gert
Louwrens Steyn De Wet & Fusi Patrick Rampoporo were appointed as Liquidators. The
Company was Liquidated by Order of the Court on 15 December 2016.

It is expected that the listing will be terminated by the JSE and the salient dates will be
announced in due course.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
