Charles has agreed to continue to serve as a director on the boards of certain investee companies post 31 August 2017 and will also remain available to assist the Company with certain strategic projects going forward. The Board would like to express its gratitude and appreciation to Charles for his valuable contributions to Stellar Capital as a member of the Board since June 2012 and as Chief Executive Officer since October 2015. The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Peter van Zyl, a non- executive director of Stellar Capital since November 2013 and the previous Chief Executive Officer between February 2015 and October 2015, will again be appointed as Chief Executive Officer effective 1 September 2017.
