Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 12 June 2017 is 7.317% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 11 September 2017 (*Following), for the
period 12 June 2017 to 10 September 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 8.817% p.a.
(150bps over JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall
be postponed to the next business day.
