CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Mr Wilfried Voigt has resigned as Financial Director
with effect from 8 June 2017. He will remain available to the Company on a
consultancy basis. The Board thanks Wilfried for the valuable contribution he has
made to the Company.

Mr Kristo Johannes Otto (“Kristo”) has been appointed as executive Financial
Director with effect from 8 June 2017. Kristo has a Bachelor in Accounting Science
and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. Kristo
joined Ruitersvlei in March 2017 as Financial Manager. Prior to this he was employed
at Financial Managers on Call Accountants and Business Consulting (Pty) Ltd where
he qualified as a professional accountant.
