Charles Staveley, the Group Finance Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 
£0.01 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on 7 June 2017. The shares were acquired 
at £0.564 per share. Charles Staveley’s beneficial holding following the transaction is 560,475 
shares.
