APPROVAL FOR THE ISSUE OF UP TO 300,000,000 ADDITIONAL NEW FRONTIER SHARES
The Board of Directors of New Frontier wishes to announce that on 30 May 2017, the Listing Executive Committee of
the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) approved the further issue and listing of up to 300,000,000 additional
ordinary shares of the Company, at an issue price to be decided by the Board in due course.
The Company’s refined strategy, as detailed in the Listing Particulars dated 30 May 2017, is to retain its retail focus
and to also acquire both retail and non-retail property within mainland Europe and the UK. The additional capital to be
raised through the issue of additional shares will be used by New Frontier to invest in accordance with the Company’s
strategy and investment policy, as and when investment opportunities arise.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, the Listing Particulars of the Company will be made available for
inspection for at least 10 business days, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mauritian time) at the
registered office of the Company which is situated at B45 Twenty-Foot Road, 3rd Floor, La Croisette, Grand Baie,
Mauritius and will also be available on the Company’s website, www.newfrontierprop.com.
