In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions
of Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated note –
“NED    9”     under    sections   C14,   C16,   D30,    and    F34    (‘Optional
redemption’)       of    the   Pricing    Supplement    dated    6    July   2007,
investors are herewith advised of the Full Capital Redemption
of NED 9 effective 6 July 2017.


In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Registrar
of     Banks    has     granted    written    approval     of    the     early
redemption of the NED 9 Note at the option of the Issuer.
