iProp Dispute Update

Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 17 May 2017 and 22 May 2017 (and using the
terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) pertaining to, inter alia, the iProp Dispute, and are hereby
advised that iProp has subsequently withdrawn the application, and each company will bear their own
legal costs.

The Company’s cash position remains challenging, and the directors of the Company (“Directors”)
continue to make every effort to secure financing solutions. The Directors are considering a number of
solutions, which may include the sale of the Company’s operating assets. The Company’s shares will
remain suspended for the time being pending further developments.
