RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) advises that Ms Ina Cross has resigned as company secretary with effect from
30 June 2017.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ina for her valuable contribution to the
Company and to wish her well in her future endeavours.

The Board is in the process of making arrangements to appoint a new company secretary and will
release a further announcement in this regard as soon as possible.
