In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of Alaris (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that, following conclusion of the Transaction, Mr Heinz Weilert and Mr Jacobus Stefanus Villiers Joubert have resigned as an independent non-executive director and an executive director, respectively, with effect from Wednesday, 31 May 2017.
