2014 LONG TERM SHARE INCENTIVE SCHEME

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the ArcelorMittal Long Term Incentive Plan 2014
(“LTIP 2014”), a total of 825 725 ArcelorMittal South Africa ordinary shares have been acquired in
the open market, on behalf of LTIP 2014 participants, to fulfil share awards granted under LTIP 2014.

These ordinary shares are held in trust and are restricted until all vesting conditions are fulfilled
whereupon the shares vest. To the extent that the vesting conditions are not fulfilled the share
awards are forfeited.

The ordinary shares were acquired on-market, with the required clearance in terms of section 3.66
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
