Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has been approached to explore a material
disposal transaction which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price of the Company’s
securities. This anticipated corporate activity is in keeping with MICROmega’s strategic direction.

Shareholders are further advised that whilst the Company is exploring the merits of the proposed
transaction, no final decision has been taken by the board of directors of the Company, and accordingly
shareholders should exercise caution until a further announcement is made.
