In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby advised that Mr WA Hanekom (an independent non-
executive director) has been appointed as a member of the Quantum Foods Social
and Ethics Committee with immediate effect, with Mr JJ Murray (a Prescribed Officer)
hereafter no longer serving on the Quantum Foods Social and Ethics Committee.
