INTEREST RATE RESET

Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 19 May 2017 is 7.342% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 21 August 2017 (*Following), for the period 19 May 2017
to 20 August 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 9.292% p.a. (195bps over JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.
