DOLLAR CUSTODIAL CERTIFICATES DISTRIBUTION

Notice is hereby given that the Issuer will pay a cash distribution to the holders of the Dollar Custodial
Certificates listed on the Exchange Traded Funds sector of the JSE Limited (DCCUSD) in the amount of ZAR
11.22 (1122 cents) per DCCUSD unit

The salient dates for the payment will be as follows:

Last day to trade to receive the payment                                            Tuesday, 6 June 2017
Shares commence trading “ex” the payment on                                       Wednesday, 7 June 2017
Record date                                                                           Friday, 9 June 2017
Payment date                                                                       Monday, 12 June 2017

The DCCUSD certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 7 June 2017
and Friday, 9 June 2017, both days inclusive.

Local dividend tax of 20% is not applicable to the payment amount.

The payment has been calculated with reference to income received from the underlying asset, being US
Treasury Bills. The Issuer had 330,000 DCCUSD units in issue as at the date of receipt of the income on the
underlying asset.
