APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised of the appointment of
Mrs Bonge Mkhondo as independent non-executive director of the Board with immediate effect.

Bonge will also be a member of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as the Board Governance and
Remuneration Committee.

Bonge is an experienced marketing executive and strategy consultant with diverse experience in the
development and implementation of integrated brand, product, marketing, communication, CSI and
digital marketing strategies and plans for both corporate and business unit related product lines.

She qualified with an MBA (GIBS), a BCom in Accounting (UCT) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing
Management (IMM).

She has worked in senior marketing executive positions and has done marketing consulting projects,
predominantly, within the financial services sectors, for various organisations including Hollard,
Clientele, LegalWise, Absa Capital and Real People Group.

The Board welcomes Bonge and looks forward to her contributions to the Company.
