AMENDMENT - PRELIMINARY SUMMARISED AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANACIAL
STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2017(“Preliminary results”)

Shareholders are referred to the Preliminary results which were released
on SENS on 11 May 2017.

In note 8 the listed share capital of Altron following the Post Balance
Sheet Events increased to 398 million in total and 370 million, net of
treasury shares as set out in the Circular issued to shareholders on 3
February 2017.

As the above does not affect the Summarised Consolidated Statement of
Comprehensive Income, the Summarised Consolidated Balance Sheet nor the
Summarised Consolidated Statement of Changes in Equity, this does not
constitute a Change Statement and will be included appropriately in the
Integrated Annual Report.
