     Non-Executive Director Appointment
     Resource Generation Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Manish Dahiya as a
     non-executive director of the Company.
     Mr Dahiya is appointed to the Board as a nominee of Noble Resources International Pte Ltd
     under the terms of the extension of the Facility Agreement of 3 March 2014 (ASX
     Announcement: 14 March 2017). Noble Resources International Pte Ltd is a substantial
     shareholder in the Company.
     Mr Dahiya holds a B.A. Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from INSEAD in France
     Mr Dahiya is the Global Head of Energy Coal & LNG at Noble Group (Noble). Noble manages a
     portfolio of global supply chains for a range of industrial and energy products, across marketing,
     processing, finance and transport of key commodities, connecting low-cost producing regions
     with high-demand growth markets.
     Prior to joining Noble in 2009, he worked with BHP Billiton for 5 years in commercial roles based
     in Singapore.
     Mr Dahiya has obtained approval from the Board of Directors under the requirements of clause
     13.3 of the Constitution to appoint Mr Gregory Hunter, a senior employee of Noble based in
     South Africa, as his alternate.
     Noble has also approved the appointment of Mr Gregory Hunter as the Company’s third
     representative on the board of its partly owned subsidiary, Ledjadja Coal Pty Ltd.
     The Board welcomes Manish and looks forward to his contribution, particularly in relation to the
     areas of coal marketing and global logistics.
