EXPIRY OF FTSIIA AUTOCALL INDEX WARRANTS (AUTOCALLS) 15 May 2017

Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies Holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 15 May 2017 (see the related securities above).

On 15 May 2017 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 7 454.37, therefore the Autocalls
automatically exercise and expire on the 15 May 2017, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:

Reference amount X (1 + Coupon x 2)

Reference Amount = ZAR 1,000

Coupon = 15%

Therefore Holders will receive a Cash Settlement Amount of R1300.00 for every Autocall held.

The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall will automatically accrue to the Holder via STRATE on 22 May 2017.
