RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements issued by the
Company, the latest of which was dated 28 March 2017.

Due to protracted litigation, the reverse listing will not be pursued and negotiations
have been terminated. It is expected that the listing will be terminated by the JSE and
the salient dates will be announced in due course.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing
in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
