RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed that Mr Johannes “Kenny” Mokoka has resigned from his
position as non-executive director with effect from 01 May
2017.

The Board would like to thank Mr Johannes “Kenny” Mokoka for
his valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well
on his future endeavours.
