NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual
report for the year ended 28 February 2017 is available
on the Company’s website at www.cmh.co.za and is due to
be posted to shareholders on 28 April 2017. The
integrated annual report contains no modifications to the
preliminary results which were published on 19 April
2017.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
the Company will be held at 1 Wilton Crescent, Umhlanga
Ridge on Wednesday, 31 May 2017, at 15h00, to transact
business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General
Meeting, issued together with the integrated annual
report.
The record date in terms of section 59(1)(b) of the
Companies Act for shareholders to participate in and vote
at the annual general meeting is Friday, 26 May 2017.
Accordingly, the last date to trade in the Company's
shares on the JSE Limited in order to be eligible to
participate in and vote at this annual general meeting is
Tuesday, 23 May 2017.
