APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Accentuate (“the
Board”) advises shareholders that Paresh Dayah has resigned as company secretary of the Company
with effect from 18 April 2017.

Shareholders are further notified that Juba Statutory Services represented by Sirkien van Schalkwyk
has been appointed as company secretary of Accentuate with effect from 18 April 2017.

Sirkien van Schalkwyk holds a Bachelor of Law degree and has more than 16 years’ company
secretarial experience. She has acted as a company secretary for a number of companies, including
JSE listed companies.

The Board thanks Paresh for his contribution to the Company as its company secretary and wishes
him well in his new role as Group Financial Manager.
