NOTICE OF AGM AND PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT

Capital & Regional today announces that its 2017 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on 9 May 2017 at
10.00 am (British Summer Time) at The Archive Room at The Goring, Beeston Place, London, SW1W 0JW.
Shareholders must be registered in the Register of Members of the Company at 6.30 pm (British Summer Time) on
7 May 2017, to be entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.

In connection with this, the Notice of AGM and the 2016 Annual Report and Accounts are being posted and/or made
available to shareholders today. Copies of the documents will shortly be available in the Investor Info section 
of the Capital & Regional plc website at capreg.com and from the National Storage Mechanism at:
