Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”) and Para 3.83 (b) of the JSE
Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that Aveng has received formal notification on
Wednesday, 12 April 2017, that Four Arrows Investments
39(Pty) Ltd have disposed an interest in the ordinary
shares of Aveng, such that the total interest in the
ordinary shares of Aveng held by Four Arrows Investments
39(Pty) Ltd now amounts to 0% of the total issued
ordinary shares of Aveng.
