CREDIT RATING ANNOUNCEMENT

Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has formally accepted the rating assigned by Global Credit
Rating Co. (“GCR”) on 30 March 2017. GCR has assigned a national scale rating of AA-(za) in the long
term and A1+(za) in the short term; with the outlook accorded as Stable.

The ratings reflect Resilient’s established market position, underpinned by prime located regional
malls with a defensive rental income profile. The fund’s investment strategy is complemented by its
increasing earnings diversification, with substantial investments in international listed assets
continuing to deliver strong distribution and capital growth.
