In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Altron hereby confirms
that the company has received the following notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies
Act, 71 of 2008 from the Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd, dated 6 April 2017.

The Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd has informed Altron that it has disposed of
Altron ordinary shares and that the Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd now holds
3.478% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
