The Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd has informed Altron that as a result of the conclusion of the Restructure, in line with the revised Salient Dates and Times announced to shareholders on SENS on 17 March 2017, it has acquired Altron ordinary shares and that the Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Ltd now holds 8.886% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
