RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 23 February 2017 where it
was advised that the Company had entered into discussions which, if successful, may have a material
effect on the price of the Company’s securities.

Consequently, shareholders are advised that these discussions are still ongoing and the Company is
making good progress towards reaching a conclusion. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
