The estimated unaudited NAV per Astoria share as at 31 March 2017 was USD 1.06. This is subject to confirmation in
the financial results announcement for the quarter ended 31 March 2017 expected to be published on or about 
21 April 2017.

Astoria has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE
and the main board of the NSX.
